You can rent The Flicks’ 28-seat movie room for private screening sessions, when we open officially from half September. Ideal if you want to place for yourself, a party, or even a school class! You pick the movie title, date and time, and The Flicks will try to source your requested film. Find all information below. Photos will be updated when our movie room is finished and fully furnished.

Pricing & Sessions
Rates cover a private 2-hour screening slot for your group (available Monday–Saturday):

- Extended Films: Extra-long epics (over 2 hours) require a small custom rate — just ask when booking.
- Payment: Full payment is required in advance to reserve your slot via ABA transfer or cash at the venue.
- Cancellations: Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 7 days before your session. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
How Availability Works
- Advance Bookings: Requesting your date at least one week in advance ensures we can build your session directly into our upcoming schedule.
- Short-Notice Requests: Same-week bookings are subject to existing public screening schedules, but we will gladly check for open slots.
What to Expect & FAQ
Movies & Subtitles
We source high-quality 4K digital editions directly through official distribution channels, so we cannot play personal DVDs of Blu-rays. Let us know what movie you want to see — including kids’ films — and we will source it for you!
Food & Drinks
Our full bar offers fresh popcorn and cold drinks throughout your screening. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of birthday cakes (please bring your own eco-friendly plates and utensils).
Kids’ Parties & Group Guidelines
Our theater is an intimate cinema space designed specifically for movie watching. To protect the screen setup and maintain a comfortable environment:
- Supervision: At least one adult must remain in the room during children’s screenings.
- Decorations: To protect the equipment, no room decorations, face paint, glitter, or confetti are allowed.
- Party Planning: We recommend using our space for the movie itself, while keeping active games, presents unwrapping, and cake celebrations for a primary party venue before or after your screening.
